This is the 1981 royal wedding of María Teresa Mestre y Batista-Falla, a commoner born in Cuba, to blue-blood Henri Albert Gabriel Félix Marie Guillaume. (Their names are so amazing that I had to include them in their entirety.)
They are now the Grand Duchess and Duke of Luxembourg.
